TERMS OF SERVICE

PILLOW INSERTS
By purchasing a pillow cover product, you will receive a pillow cover only. Pillow inserts are not included in the purchase.
SALES TAX
We collect sales tax in compliance with state and federal regulations.
ORDER CHARGES
At time of purchase, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you've ordered is out-of-stock, you'll be issued a refund for that item or be placed on a backorder. Though we check all orders very carefully, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information such as credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
PHOTOGRAPHY
While we take the utmost care in photographing all products in natural light, computer monitors can show colors differently so please be aware the hues in the actual item may not be 100% identical. Fabric samples are available for only $2.50 each (includes US shipping).
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order has been placed, we have 60 minutes to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours of Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. Email us at info@kingsroadhomedecor.com include your order number and any order changes or cancellations. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. When your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. All fabric samples are shipped via USPS regular mail with no tracking available. Most items ship within 14 business days of ordering unless otherwise noted. Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges. ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES & APO/FPO/DPO | Items ship via USPS. Limited expedited shipment is available to these areas at time of checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We do not ship internationally.
DELIVERY
Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Packages returned to Kings Road Home Decor as undeliverable or refused, will be given a store credit only. If your order is stolen from your premises after it had been scanned as delivered, Kings Road is not responsible for the theft and no refunds or replacements can be issued. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a secure shipping address with a safe location for package deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS
At Kings Road Home Decor, all of our individually handmade pillow covers are custom made-to-order specifically for you. Unlike ‘big box’ stores, we do not carry inventory. Each item is crafted once a customer has placed an order in our studio. Due to the fact that our pillow shop handcrafts custom-made pillow covers, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to place a fabric swatch order prior to purchasing our pillow covers to ensure the color / texture will work with the decor. Fabric samples are final sale.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items (we recommend dry cleaning only) will not be replaced or repaired. All prices shown in $USD.
